Congratulations to Sean Redgrave who this month fought his 1 Semi Pro MMA bout and won via Rear Naked Choke in the first round over a valiant Paul Kindon on CFC. Sean who has been at the academy since the beginning of the year also received his blue belt. Keep up the hard work Sean :-)
